The newly formed breakfast club, the Rotary Club of Singleton Sunrise, is just less than a year old but already has 23 members and very active in their community.
The Club has started a tradition of delivering presents to the elderly Mums and Dads residing in Singleton's three nursing homes, Cooinda, Alroy House/Elizabeth Gates, and The Mercy Aged Care, on Mothers and Fathers Days.
On Mother's Day recently, the club gave all the Mum's individually wrapped luxury scented soaps supplied by Kerrie Kelly of "Three Girls Silky Soaps" of Lochinvar.
For photos on their event, head to their Facebook page. Rotary is most certainly serving Singleton.
To cover the costs of the presents, Singleton Sunrise raised $500 through a "100 club" raffle.
